a job?

so i interviewed yesterday (and again today, oddly enough) for a job with a bollywood music director.  he's looking for a westerner assistant/business manager type person.  sounds fun, could be interesting.  ... the trick will be getting him to pay me what i'm worth.  scratch that.  the trick will be getting him to pay me even HALF of what i'm worth!

i started taking private yoga classes twice a week at my friend's house.  she's awesome.  has never done yoga before, is probably 20 years older than i am, has a THICK mississippi accent, and giggles throughout the lesson.  i love her to pieces.  

it's getting to the point where the a.c. stays on all the time.  it's so bloody hot and HUmid.  i'm not gonna last through summer!

oh... by the way.  if you were one of the few who got an 'i'm looking for a room to rent' email from me and are utterly confused as to what the hell is going on, here's the deal...  i heard that someone left my company and that there was a void to fill, so i sent out the email before getting the full low-down.  turns out the void is small, and i wouldn't be getting much business.  returning for 3-4 months just wouldn't be enough to make it worth the effort on my part or theirs'.  so unless something drastically changes, i'm here for the long haul.  which is just fine by me.  i'm in no rush to move back.  although i do very much miss my friends.
